Machines are out of service often and the restock days are inconsistent at best. Often have low inventory in the Machines and the quality of the food has gone down while the prices have gone up.

Laurel Foodsystems doesn't employ anyone that can actually fix their vending machines. Cranberry Lowe's break room is a perfect example. Soda vending machine fails to dispense 50% of the time, but company rep only re-fills the machine and hands out a refund in the provided envelopes (if the customer takes time to fill it out). Multiple attempts to have the company fix the machines have failed. Additionally, the lower part of the machines are litter with food and debris. The vendor makes no attempt to clean them.

EVERY time I try to use any of the three vending machines in our break room they do not accept cash/coins. This forces the user to pay extra fees for the apple pay feature. If your company is going to CONSISTENTLY have the card/Apple Pay feature then you need to remove the convenience fee. They know what they’re doing, every user, every time pays an extra into their pocket and never questions it do it’s extra money for them.

The lunch style machines never get stocked with the stuff that actually sells, "oh, we finally put these burritos in that someone left a request for over 2 months ago, and all 3 or 4 sold in one day. Huh, I guess that means we should put a bunch of cottage cheese in the machine". Great idea! Stay away from the burgers too, I've fallen ill after eating those tasteless "burgers" a few times now, so now I know not to eat those. The only reasons it's a 2 star instead of a 1 star is, the snack machines are usually filled with decent stuff, and the pop machines are "usually"filled with drinks that aren't expired. However their lunch style machines...you should probably just pack a lunch for work. Plus the fact that the machines accept debit cards (most of the time) is definitely a plus.
*Edit. So they actually started stocking the lunch style machine with decent stuff as of lately, so I moved my rating up to a 3 star vs the previous 2 star.

Worst vending company around! The machines at point park university are constantly broken. Its like a 50/50 chance the machine eats your money or product gets stuck.

Great family owned company. Good customer service. Always have their markets stocked with different variations of food every week. Never had an issue with using their market. Employees are very friendly.

The absolute worst company in the history of the world. Sell outdated product, never fix broken machines, customer service is the worst. Just bad, bad, bad,
