Absolutely mystical experience. Tucked away in the soulful heart of the Poconos Mountains, Lake Maple Russell delivers every retreat necessity you can desire. Beauty. Isolation. Recreation. 6 magnificent cabins with a pavilion, a commercial kitchen, showers and bathrooms. Basketball, horse shoes, Cornhole, archery, kayaks, canoe's, fishing, and so much more. Want to check out a huge maple syrup operation? They got it. A huge apple orchard with all kinds of bird watching? The got it. 50 acre lake. From Ohio but stomped around a lot around here as our family lives in the area, but this place is absolutely magical.

Nicole and Tony are so accommodating and welcoming and wonderful. Could not ask for better hosts. This will be our family's yearly reunion spot. Did I mention we were only the 4th guests? So much more to come here, I am sure.

We live locally and just stumbled upon Lake Russell Maple. Nicole was incredibly accommodating and warmly welcomed us to her farm. Driving in you are able to see the vast amount of maple lines and the sinage to assist in providing the cleanest, organic syrup.
Nicole allowed us to taste several flavors before deciding what we would take home. We ended up leaving with gallons! We love the syrup and have enjoyed it with French toast, pancakes, and even made some maple syrup kettle corn! We are looking forward to returning for a tour!

The lake and farm were magical! Waking up lakeside with the most spectacular sunrise was the perfect way to start the day. I stayed here with a large group of friends and we all felt so comfortable in the cute cabins on the maple farm. We went kayaking, sat around the bonfire, did some archery, trekked some beautiful hikes and toured the maple farm and sugar shack. I can’t thank the staff enough for making us all feel so welcome - especially Nicole and Tony. Reservations were easy and checkout was seamless! I recommend this getaway for any celebration, birthday, or retreat. I will definitely be back!
