I used to enjoy purchasing fresh chicken from this establishment, but recently, I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service. Despite consistently ordering the largest chicken available($22), I have repeatedly been given smaller, skinnier chickens instead($16). This is misleading and feels dishonest, as I am not receiving the product I specifically request and pay for. This pattern of behavior comes across as deceptive.

This place keeps you waiting more than half hour for half dozen of chicken(just cleaning). There is no use of going inside and choosing the chicken that you wanna get. They let you choose but you don't get the one you choose. The cashier lady don't understand english that much and don't respond well! I told her I've been waiting, how much time more? She replies,"10 min more"! I asked what happened to the chicken I choose? She replies, "I don't know". Who is suppose to knowI'm so much dissatisfied and angry. I've been waiting for more than 50 min just to get 7 chickens cleaned up! So dissatisfied!! This means I have to take a whole day leave just to get chickens from here!

I always buy 5 to 10 chickens but they always took my chicken breast. If you give them clean and cut that time they stealing, I discussed my all friends, they have same experience. City should take action about this store. Owner also should know what’s going on in the store if they care customers.before they respect customer but now no. I was buying regular chicken from this store,but now no more.

My owner took advantage of my immigrant brother. Didn't pay him his wages/doesn't want to pay him his wages. For a full day of work they only gave him a customers tips. He can't sue. Retaliation. He just found out that they also didn't pay him the other day he worked and he worked overtimed. They're constantly changing workers.

I like this place a lot. The chickens are live in the back and it's always fresh. They keep the area clean too. I don't know anywhere else you can get halal chicken this fresh, not to mention great price. But you don't have to be Muslim to appreciate great chicken, a lot of the customers come just because the chicken is so fresh and good.

A whole chicken comes in a bag with liver and kidneys, which are nice to fry up separately while they're super fresh.
