The BEST Pineapple whip in central Arkansas. I always hit them up at Toad Suck (May in Conway, AR) and just found them in the WLR/Avilla area <3 Their pineapple whip is better than even the official "Pineapple Whip" trucks!

My wife asked what was in the seafood gumbo and was told it was shrimp and crab. Extremely disappointed as it contained some small shrimp and surimi--fish disguised as crab. And, not Cajun blue crab at that. "Surimi: fish (often pollock) that is minced to make a gelatinous paste that is then flavored, reformed into flakes, sticks, or other shapes, and colored. It is used as a crab substitute." Gelatinous fish does not make a good, authentic, Cajun gumbo!
