Be aware drivers, before we could park at the staging erea,it doesn't matter if your appointment is 7hrs earlier than your appointment. Now surprise i arrived here at 6am for a 2pm appointment and the security guard kick me out from the staging area and tell me for orders from the office you have to leave and come back 2 hours before your appointment time. I wish they could understand us for one time that we drive or drove whatever to get here on time sometimes we don't eat or shower just to get here ON TIME and they treat us like this to don't park in their parking lot they have too much room. But whatever i guess they will never understand us.

I arrived 45 minutes late due to some weather conditions in the mountains… the paper work says 0700 appt time but I was dispatched for 0300. Arrived 0345.

I can’t control how long the shipper took to load and the government controlling when I should sleep or weather.

That being said Its currently 10:30 and I arrived at 0345. It is a partial load and they tell me that they will “try to work me in but can’t give me an eta.

This is just ridiculous.. we are trucking across country we can’t control all variables. Now I will be late for my next stop over two pallets.

Update: it is now 2400 and just got a door

So far so good... I got here early but
1. You're only allowed to check in 2 hrs before appointment time.
2. Must have safety vest on to check in.
3. Must have 3/4 fuel level in reefer.
If you don't have 3/4 you will be turned away and ya better be back on time or it's your fault and your late.
All this just to get checked in.
Arrived @ 1200 for 1615 app. More to come.
Got a door @ 1635
Unloaded and told to move @ 1745
Paperwork in hand and out the gate @ 2120
For me.. not a bad place I've been to much worse.

Plenty of safe and secure overnight parking. Honey buckets in the bullpen. You must park here first, then walk to check-in at the guard shack. Be sure to wear safety vest. Fill out a form and hand over your bills. Get a call to your door, and you can stop by the shack once more to ask for directions, if needed. Open doors, break seal, and back in.

It's hit or miss here for honored appointment times. 90% of the time, I get in at scheduled time, or shortly before. Today my appointment was 1330, I checked in at 0900 and got a door at 1030. Unloading is equally hit or miss, but today it was fast. I can't complain. Sometimes they're more or less busy.

They'll call you when done, and with a lumper fee, if applicable. Collect paperwork from receiving and close up doors. Stop by guard shack once more on your way out, and avail yourself to parking once more whilst waiting for a new dispatch, if needed. Pretty decent place.

First off there's usually plenty of parking so that's not an issue. It's Kroger so they're very slow unloading. But the worst part of this place is the guard shack. The guards are rude they think they can bark out orders to drivers it really just overall not very smart. Definitely Dei hires

I arrived half an hour early for my appointment. Two hours later, still no door. Slow.

No longer allows parking they were already bad with the inability to actually unload on time for the last 10 years but no longer allowing parking so logs books don’t get messed up makes me wonder if we should keep hauling into the location or charge a 30% fee up front

Definitely one of the better distribution centers I have been too. Only 4 half hours past appointment to get in and out delivering bols in hand. Also overnight parking soo 3 stars
