As a previous MOD of a Kroger owned store; it’s surprises me some of the issues I have seen. N1) Frozen boxes just sitting in the middle of the isles. Over 30 min. Seen some of the food partially thawed. N2) Rarely get pick up. Every time I have it has been pushed back. It’s not a difficult process and I don’t understand how I can’t even get estimates as to when I can pick up my groceries sometimes. N3) Self checkouts need scanners cleaned a lot more than what they are. I’ve had to ask for spray and paper towel in the past cause the scanner wasn’t reading. You can see the caked residue. N4) Produce freshness and stock is very poor here. Need to do something to fix this. Now on the good side.

UPDATE 2:
Leaving other update to see the shenanigans Kroger is playing. They went back to 3 for $10 and RAISED the price of the lower priced meals to where you will save a few pennies on the 3 for $10…..so now you are getting ripped off 2 ways…. Do better Kroger….HEB will hopefully help you help your customers albeit unwillingly….BACK TO 1 STAR for being devious.

The prices are past ridiculous. Example-The lean cuisine meals from 5 for $10 to 4 for $10…now 3 for $10….Some of these, the SALE PRICE IS HIGHER! You have forced me to shop the other side of 548.

The hot food at this location is horrible! It’s never fresh always dried out no taste. Also, the chicken is extremely horrible. They open the chicken and just drop it in the grease no washing no flavoring and the lady that serves it with the bifocals is extremely rude. Please go to Tom Thumb for hot food it’s flavorful hot and fresh and not over priced like this tasteless dried out food. They need help back here because this is not acceptable. How is Kroger continuing to sell this trash under their name?

Been coming to this Kroger for about a year and I’m finally done. Truly fresh produce is hard to find here. A lot of items are discounted because they’re about to expire. But guess what! Even the items that aren’t discounted will expire soon. There’s been so many times when I realize what I bought expires the next day. I’m not sure what the problem is here. I’ve never had a grocery store have so much bad food on the shelves all the time. They have a bad stock problem

Went to your store at 6am today (12/20/25) and couldn't get my Kroger app to work at checkout. The employee at the self checkout line was so helpbul. He's been there for awhile, and I always forget to give him a good word. Wish I had gotten his name, but he was the only one at the checkout line. Tall guy, really nice and helpful. He took his time with me and got it to work. Great employee.

Nine thirty a night doors are closed you can't get into half of the store. No registers, open, just self checkout everyone.Just standing around... why are there people getting paid to not work? Open your registers, I am not your worker!

Every time i go, the produce area is almost empty or the vegetables does not look good. The young staff at the registers are always talking to each other like the customers do not even exist and there is no sense of urgency. The parking lot is super dark at night ( look at Kohl’s parking lot to compare), I rather drive to Rockwall location if I need anything.

Not sure if the guy thought I was stealing or whatever , but the caucasian guy maybe in his 50s . Blue collared shirt .name tag . I’m guessing he’s a manager. He Followed me all the way out of the store even watched me walk home because I live behind the store . I shop here daily . Almost every morning . It’s a big store . But the odds I’m always running into him , In different aisles is beyond me . But today I felt unsafe and he gave me SO MUCH Anxiety the way he followed me .. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!
