I loved this place. I have always walked through and bought things here and there and now that I have a food truck I have purchased parts for my equipment from them. I went in with my wife the other day and I was followed as if we were planning on stealing. It was embarrassing to say the least. We walked the whole store and the lady kept following us pretending to be straightening things. Needless to say that was my last visit.

I've been there many times. I'll be going there again this weekend, gotta get ready for the holidays. I read a few reviews saying that it's got poor customer service. First let me say, it's a restaurant supply store. If you want personal attention go to crate and barrel. Or that they closed the door they said at 1 minute before 5. How do we know you're telling the truth. Stop being a Karen and understand that the people who work there have families too. Don't be so rude and privileged. Do what you came in there for, find what you need and buy it. Don't expect people there to hold your hand. This isn't a retail store with sales associates walking around. They do a great job, they have whatever you're looking for. If they don't, here's a concept, maybe they sold out of that product. Maybe because I know what I'm looking for, I've never had a problem with the people working there. I just want to say thank you for being open to the public. I know that not all restaurant supply stores aren't.

I was greeted as I entered the store. The clerk asked if she could help me. Within minutes I was the proud owner of a new 4.5 quart, stainless steel pot to use on an induction stove top.

When I have more time, I will return to just browse around the store. Love it. Thank you for the get service and the military discount!

Yes they are open to the general public! Huge selection of commercial and home cooking utensils, equipment, and supplies. Very reasonable prices, a super friendly staff, and all around well upkept/laid out store!

Industrial equipment and supplies, we have known the store was there for years but only recently stopped by. Upscale to utility grade kitchen cookware and utensils. I don't know of any other similar supply house in the Little Rock area. Nice size showroom and pricing seems reasonable or at least comparable on name brand equipment. The staff was very friendly and helpful in locating products. If you need anything from a particular kitchen gadget to stocking a new restaurant this is the place to go.

Great resource for cooking needs even for an amateur. Staff is always so helpful and full of ideas or suggestions. I've shopped here multiple times over the years and have always been happy with my purchases, in-store experiences and the quality of products I have received.

Very nice store with professional tools and equipment. I never buy department store cooking stuff anymore. (closed on Saturdays = leaving money on the table, especially during holiday shopping season) Still 5 star though.
