Brandon is extremely professional. I took a bull in on a Monday and picked it up that Thursday. The cuts were perfect. The other thing I noticed was just how clean his facility is. 100% recommend. This place is my butcher shop from now on.

Top-notch customer service! Brandon went above and beyond these past two weeks to help my husband. Not only did he process, pack, and then store my husbands horns and hide for him while he continued to hunt with his buddy, but he also smoked us some awesome sausage. In addition, he is a great listener. My mom loves to make deer stew, so he saved some special cuts for her. Brandon and his wife Kristy are super sweet. If you are in this area and need a butcher check out this family owned business. The prices are fair and reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed in quality. We dropped off our wild game, placed our order for cuts requested, even gave him options so we would get the best cuts once he was working on our order. He quoted us a price after he had seen all the meat and we were in agreement on the price. He asked us if we were in a rush and we told him that we were not.
Then when we picked up the product he wanted to charge us more, almost double. Very disappointed in the whole process and how he acted. Will definitely choose another business in the future. Posting a picture of one of the steak packages he wrapped up for us.

Solid butcher shop. I normally butcher my own meat but ran into a pinch and took my Elk to Kraft’s. They did an excellent job and great customer service. Very fair prices too.

Brandon is an incredibly talented butcher. It’s clear from the first time you talk to him that he knows his way around the butcher shop. I took two deer to him this year, and couldn’t be happier with his timeliness, professionalism, and humor. Brandon’s shop is not you typical processing plant. He takes time to talk to the customer and educate them on the best way to process your game. There are not many places left like this that have generations of talent and expertise that work so closely with the customer. If your in the area, it’s well worth the drive. We had some venison steaks tonight, and I couldn’t be happier. Next purchase will be a side of beef!

Brandon is an absolute stud. I brought an elk and deer to him in the same week and they were both done before the next weekend. I was low on cooler space and without hesitation Brandon lent me two coolers to help me get my meat back to Reno. After an already huge favor, I left one of my two tags with him by mistake and he mailed it back without me even needing to ask. If you’re hesitant in bringing your things here, don’t be. You will absolutely be taken care of.

Customer service was excellent, and the pork we picked up was very good! Sausage, bacon, ham, all smoked and very good!
UPDATE! After a short 3 months we had to throw the rest of the pork out. Obviously old was mixed with new, the sausage smelled bad. Just like our previous 2 experiences in the last 12 years. Odd, all our beef from local ranches, and our own butchered chickens last a year or more without loss of quality of the meat. Never again.

Will never use again. Poorest butcher quality I have ever seen. Bought a quarter beef from Brondon. He was not there when I picked up, his mom helped me as he had it cut and wrapped. Some of the wrapping was not great and was damaged the way it was thrown in the box. As I loaded into coolers, she apologized and quickly rewrapped any that needed it she was great.
Since getting home found we did not get any of the quality cuts, most folks look forward to ie porter house,tender lion filet, etc. (Was a quarter but come on) had asked to get organ meat as well. We got none of these. There are 2 tomahawk I have not gotten to yet. So far not any of the steaks have been cut evenly. All have not been proper on how they are cut and trimmed. It is like someone just sawed up some chunks of cow very quickly wrapped them and sent them out bone dust and all, with muliple slices of bone in every peiece. Have not had one good cut steak, and with all of them uneven. It seems no care or pride was put into it. Very disappointed. Was timely and easy to talk to on the phone when ordering. I never contacted him about it as I saw no point I I was to mad to talk properly. Anyone putting out that quality knows it when they do the work.
