Awesome kombucha brewery and taproom! Matt, the owner and brewer, recently moved to this new space on Brussels St and it is relaxing and welcoming. He has 6-10 flavors of kombucha on draft and a few more in bottles. They have around 1% ABV. They are mostly fruit flavored and are mellow and drinkable. We loved the concord grape and the elderberry honey. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about kombucha and creates a delicious, reliable product. We loved being able to select music from his record collection to listen to alongside tasting the kombucha!

I have enjoyed drinking Kraftea kombucha for years, and the new location at 3 Brussels Street is great! It is located in the same building as other local businesses (coffee shop, thrift store, brewery and more!) so you can just stop in, or make a whole afternoon of it. My favorite flavors are the Blueberry Lemon, Elderberry Honey, Concord Grape and Ginger Lime!

You can get a flight with a variety if flavors, hang out and play games with friends, or make a quick visit to grab to-go bottles for home. I've never had a problem with parking, and the owner, Matt, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to come back and bring more folks to share in this laid back, welcoming space.

I have been drinking KrafTea for several years. The brews are amazing; refreshing and tasty elixirs. I have sampled booch all over and Matt's blends are delicious. Visiting Matt at the Sprinkler Factory is a fun outing as well. Try the ginger lime! I drive 240 miles round trip for KrafTea.

Space was amazing! Natural light was a photographers dream. Kombucha was delicious and refreshing. Matt and Kelly were very down to earth and friendly. Just you wait until see the couches!

Clean robust taste. Flavors are at the forefront, never muddy. Meant to be savored. Great array of choices that can change with the seasons, so you know you're only getting the freshest ingredients, carefully crafted.
