I recently ordered brisket from Kevin at KP Fine Meats. He trimmed two beautiful first cut briskets for a total of about 15 lbs of meat. That provided a lot of great eating for a group of 14 along with welcome doggie bags😉
Kevin was very helpful with suggestions for preparing and then freezing.
Although I rarely prepare beef these days, Ill certainly return to KP Fine meats when the occasion calls for it.

Flew into town from Washington State to visit my son and daughter-in-love and to celebrate his 27th bday. I searched nearby butchers so I could fix him a proper birthday steak and KP’s popped up. Bonus that it was just around the corner. A GREAT neighborhood butcher, super friendly service, and neat as a pin. Got some ribeye and NY strip steaks along with a beautiful slab of pork belly AND a Tomahawk!! We will be back for sure!

I can't possibly say enough good things about KP's Fine Meats. They've brought back the traditional "neighborhood butcher" (a word I use with great respect!) and somehow manages to deliver on quality and cost in equal measure. More and better, for less. It will be hard, if not impossible, to go back to supermarket meat.

Excellent quality products for a good price! Always excited with every purchase I make. KP also offers great advice with recommendations of how to best prepare different cuts of meat if you need help. Super personable and friendly, and the wonderful branding and graphics are an added bonus. Just know you'll never be able to eat "store-bought" bacon again once you switch to KP's.

KP knows his stuff! We enjoyed his home delivery services throughout the pandemic and can’t wait to check out the new retail location. Quality products at great prices. We have purchased and frozen KP’s meats as gifts for family who has also raved about the quality!!! On top of all that, the customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommend!!

Couldn’t be happier with all our purchases. My husband and I first tried his stuffed veal roast. We asked for no roasted peppers and KP was gracious to accommodate our request. For Mother’s Day we placed a big order including the 32 ounce lobster tail. W O W! It was insanely delicious. Along with the lobster tail we ordered 4 petite filets, 4 Berkshire pork chops and a whole chicken. I never liked beef or pork. KP’s products have made me into a person who enjoys meat much more now. I could eat the Berkshire pork chops weekly! Everything we’ve purchased is outstanding in quality, taste and value! KP or his partner Amanda happily and promptly delivered our orders with a big smile! Looking forward to many more delicious meals thanks to KP’s Fine Meats!

So glad KP came to the area! They have the freshest and best products. We got filets and chipped steak for NYE. The filets were some of the best I ever had. The chipped steak is a staple in our house too. Chicken, and ground beef are also great. Thanks, KP & Happy New Year!
