Was going to live 5 stars oh well only one person ruined it. -$55 to -$65 dollars for me.
They open doors from inside and after loading they put seal on the trailer without you looking inside. I usually pull them out! Forklift guy is lazy one of the kind human!!! Was to lazy to pick the load locks and ran them over. Not healthy for forklift either BTW!!!
Guard person 5 🌟. Office person 5 🌟. Parking spot to come over and sleep before appointment! 5 🌟 Yard driver is amazing would knock on your door gently to wake you up. So I feel bad to leave one star but I am loosing 💰. Plus it comes and goes to same company!!!

Despite all the reviews, good and bad, I had a wonderful experience. I showed up at 3pm, my load wasn't to be ready until noon the next day. I checked in and went to bed. At 2:30 a.m. they knocked on my door and told me to go back into a door. I did and went back to bed. At 4:30a.m. they knocked on my door again, handed me a seal, and said I was done. I was departing the shipper by 5:45a.m. I can't say enough good things about a place that allows drivers to sleep on-site as well as have bathroom facilities INSIDE for the drivers. I can only think that the bad reviews might have something to do with driver attitudes. When I left, there was a male at the guard shack. So I can't confirm the rude female that people talked about. I will definitely pick up at this location again.

I had a hot load so I didn't have to wait at all. Straight into a door and straight out. I watched other drivers sit for a while though. Employees were pleasant enough. I won't avoid this shipper.

Serious management problem
experience at this job was terrible, I'm a very hard worker and they just took advantage of that at daypec, JD always had alcohol on his breath and would make the hardest workers do his job whist he was never on the floor. They have favoritism to the few that don't do anything but stand around a d never say anything to. If you work here don't go to daypec and expect to work hard, because you will be punished for working hard while the lazy get the same pay as you.

The lady at the guard shack never smiles never faces the window so you can hear what she is asking. The one positive thing with this place is that they let you park on the premises while waiting for your load. The office lady that comes in at 6:00 in the morning should be fired.. she is rude, she thinks you can hear her when she has a mask on her face her head is tilted down towards the ground and there's plexiglass between you and her. She gets upset with you when you ask her to repeat her because you can't hear her. She is extremely annoying. I've been sitting here for 14 hours and her only comment is I need to wait my turn. She would not even look to see how many more trucks were in front of me or to look to see approximately how much more time before I would get loaded.

I picked up this place 3-times very good experience, I wish I get pickup again here, I was middle shift my pickup time was 2-Am morning I checked it in 2-pm and go sleep 12-Am they knocked my door and loaded with in one hour

Wonderful customer. Pull up to the guard shack and check in. Then park along the wall of trailers and walk inside to check in. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I was third in line for a dock door and it took less than 30 minutes to get a dock. Less than 45 minutes later they finished loading the trailer. They secured the load themselves and sealed it while I was still backed into the dock. Paperwork was ready quickly and I was on my way. They have overnight parking and a restroom for drivers.

As a truck driver I don’t approve of this place. I’m patient and all my time is important ,Because we run base on a DOT 11 hr clock. I will not accept any shipper to take longer than expected on a preloaded trailer. And also amazing night shift supervisor but the lady in the morning shift from 6am needs to take a chill pill. Where the hell is my knock on the window and bills lady.
