I can honestly say I am extremely satisfied. Not only did I get a response and evaluation same day but they had our repair done the next day. I couldn't get other companies to respond to my requests, which was super frustrating since we had very little water pressure. They are professional and really showed their expertise. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Klamath Pump Center!

We have used them in the past and were great! Had an issue with our pressure tank and called them again. I explained my issue over the phone and they came over and said I needed a plumber instead. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $125! I understand he had to take time to come out and I’m happy to pay for the visit but $125?! They say that’s their standard visit price and they don’t tell you that ahead of time so be warned if they even show up at your house, that’s how much you’re getting billed even if they aren’t able to fix your issue.

Will never do business with them again!!!!

Called them to come out to repair a simple water leak in the pipes near the pressure tank. The guy they sent replaced a bunch of unnecessary parts, charged me $200, and didn't fix the water leak. I called the business to complain and the incredibly unprofessional receptionist said they would charge me another $125 for a service call if they came back. I found someone else to fix it. It was a cheap part that cost less than a $1 to fix.

They don't know what they're doing and they aren't honest business people. An honest business would have stood by their work. Don't use them!

I just got off the phone with Paula and she was wonderful!!

She explained many things about a pump and what all goes into an estimate. She was patient and was willing to work with us to help a family member who needed their pump fixed. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and was truly concerned about getting water to this family member.

I would recommend them to anyone that wishes to be treated with kindness and respect and wanting to be treated fairly and compassionately.

I would never do service with them.

I called asking if they would come out to my place to inspect my hot water well. I made it clear to the receptionist I already had a plumber look at it. I needed someone to look in the well to see if it caved or why it is cooling off. The receptionist was rude and simply said I’ll send someone out but it will be 125$ service charge.

Bob came out and told me I need someone to look in the well to see if it’s caved in or why it’s cooling off.

I got a 125$ bill for them wasting my time…

Our well pump quit, I called Klamath Pump and they had a crew out within an hour. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had the water running within an hour. Thanks!

I haven't seen a bill yet, but travel time still costs the company money. Salaries and equipment are not cheap. Having run a small business I understand.

The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending. If she worked at my company, she'd be fired, she's costing this company business! And charging $100 an hour shop to shop is ludicrous. Guess I know what business I need to start locally! You guys need some competition!! Despite the lack of customer service, the guy that came out was fairly friendly, and knew what he was doing.
