03.18.25...I arrived at 748a for my 9a appt. Try to come in on SOUTH ENTRANCE near parked MT trailers cause if not, you'll be doing a BLINDSIDE. I checked into receiving office and the people there were really nice. I was told to park and wait for a call to a door. I received a call to a door at 838a and around 901a a gentleman came out to disconnect my redline. They began unloading me at 931a and was done by 1107a with greenlight . I received the lumper text at 1117a with bills in hand by 1150a. Small staging area, restrooms and free water available. Ty.

A little bit of a problem getting here due to some detours and closed roads they said bathrooms available in a free water wow very nice people and staff here plenty of room for backing maneuvers very minimal staging area no overnight

Nahum & Richard were very nice and checked me in and assigned me a door right away✅

They Offered me bottled water and if i needed to use restroom it’s inside the building ✅

Checked in right before 8 for my 8 am appointment ✅

So once you get the door , break your seal and open doors and put your seal in trailer✅

Backing up is pretty easy ✅

You have to use freight smith app to pay the lumper fee ✅

Unloaded my trailer really fast ✅

You can also park on the side whenever you’re empty to get your time back or when you know where you’re going next ✅

Overnight parking available also for about 6 trucks ✅

I recommend this place ✅ 10 / 10 .

Awesome People got there at 5:30 am for 6 am got the Door quick, my broker messed up and I was not in the list for Delivery that's why had to complete 10 hours Reset here but luckily had food and water in my Truck can't complain the staff in office but Lumpur guys delayed.

I've never had a problem here! I checked in an hour and a half early got into a door right then, mainly because the 5am trucks hadn't arrived yet. They start pretty fast and 3-7 minutes after you call in your lumper payment your paperwork will be there. You can sleep there but only about 5 trucks can fit at a time.

Overnight parking for 6ish trucks. Had appt for 630, they woke me at 4 and was unloaded by 530. Reasonable docks and lumper fees. Nice place, don't panic if you come here thinking it'll be like the King Soopers in Aurora

Got here at 0400 for 1000 appt. The parking inside the fence was full so the yard dog said i could park in the lot across the street and not be in his way. At 1000 they got me in a door, at 1130 they gave me a lumper amount and allowed me to stay on site to get my hours back. Nice guys! Darrell was sweet patient and awesome. The backing is a little tight so GOAL and go slow. Thumbs up guys! Thanx
