I come to this location every now and again and every single time I do, the customer service is poor, they are out if tons of things(holiday or not), and they have long lines. What prompted me to write this particular review is the deli. I arrived at the store to grab a few things at 7am. I go to the deli which had three employees working at the time and they informed me very rudely, that they open at 8am. Not a huge deal, so I went in and did my shopping, drug my feet as long as I could and even picked up a couple of extra items. I came back at 7:40 just to wait until they open and two employees (Frank and ) raised their voices to say again, we don’t open until 8 very rudely. I informed them very politely that I was aware and just waiting near until they open as I’m done with my shopping. Then they began to talk amongst themselves about me stating that the world doesn’t work that way and I’m going to find out really quickly because they aren’t going to serve me until they open. I just continued to wait patiently and during this time two gentlemen at the meat counter assisted 5 customers with a smile and they don’t open until 9am. It baffles me how obvious it is when people hate their job. Customer service should be at the forefront of what they do. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for a long while. King Soopers need to do better with this location.

Prior to the strike, had to look for carts in parking lot, store was dirty and not stocked very well.
Since strike, carts are at front of store, store is clean, shelves are stocked and employees are asking shoppers if they need any assistance.
Keep current people and fire the ones standing out front trying to convince shoppers that the employees are mistreated.

Elizabeth and max are wonderful. Smiles for days, very helpful, and just did a wonderful job at taking our orders and making our drinks. Made us feel welcomed and overall made our visit great.

Like I always say. All King Soopers are different and especially now since the strike their have been alot of changes and attitudes are not good . We've been shopping at Safeway now. I think the strike hurt King Soopers with the strikers being too aggressive at some stores. I was scared to even go in the stores. I me add my husband do the shopping and I stayed in the car.

Produce is hardly ever good, and when you ask for shallots, expect them to take you to garlic. I could have and SHOULD HAVE walked out with my cart at self checkout because none of the four people working it were paying attention. When I told one of them I could have just walked out, they really didn't seem to care. I'll only shop here because I can get away with WHATEVER I WANT! (Also, I just watched someone walk out with a full cart, and they only paid for one thing, a soda) Just get the receipt!

This location is ALWAYS out of stock on basic items! I drive out of my way to go to another store. This one sucks. I can never depend on it! I’m not sure what’s going on.
