Difficult process. Weigh your trailer when coming in, has to be in just the perfect spot to be okay. Tandems must be all the way forward. Once you get the okay, pull off scale, then move your tandems all the way back. Proceed then, to the next guard shack to give them all the same information again.
Finally drop your trailer, then go to the adjoining property for empty trailers or loaded.
Oh, and the load we had going out should've been ready yesterday evening. No one knows why it's not ready, of course. But predicted to not be ready until tonight at 1700. This was a JIT load to Ohio tomorrow afternoon. Smh.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. Shipping clerk was the rudest person I've dealt with in my 33 years of life.
To start showed up to the appointment a few hours early 11am, and told we couldn't check in and we needed to leave the property. We left and came back at 2pm (our appointment time)
When we asked roughly how long it would take to load... We were told that it doesn't matter and we needed to just sit with such arrogance and narcissism... It was unreal
Then we pulled to our dock, dropped the trailer and sat... At 530 I went to check on everything to be told we were supposed to come in and check in. Neither the (only good person we met) guard or the absolute nightmare of a shipping clerk told us this... Gave them the information they needed including the 4th time we have given them our phone number...
At 630 I went back in to ask about what's going to see tons of people standing around. The shipping clerk blatantly ignored me for 10 mins. Before cracking the window and walking away... Another few mins and she finally hands me paperwork... It had been ready for over 30 minutes... She forgot to call...
This place is an absolute nightmare and should be avoided at all costs.

I would appreciate if sign says " come on in please".
White lady is fast, courteous, goes the extra mile for the drivers, other girl needs training on customer service on how to look at driver's eyes while talking to them, how to be nice when asking drivers to do things and not gave orders.

Got here on time for a live load appointment. They make you slide tandems at the gate. Then you go to a stop sign and call a number then they tell you what door to back to. Then disconnect from your trailer and they will call when you are loaded. I've been here three hours and not loaded yet.

Everyone here with one star is trippin balls probably an owner operator who gets there 3 days early and wants everything done fast.
No one here was rude or disrespectful from beginning to end we had a drop and hook and everything went by so smoothly. Kimberly Clark has been there with us since I can remember and they are always on point. Thank you.
