The workers are very friendly and helpful. The items are priced a little high for my liking. My only problem with this store it's their location. They are surrounded by unfortunate poverty. Panhandling and drug addicts. Other than that, it's an OK place for emergency shopping, I guess.

Well I been going to this market line for good and it sad to say that this people take advantage of the people that don't have car with the prices and all do sometimes is the only place that you can find culture stuff they take advantage of that. Also it is not a safe place the surrounding are not good there is a lot of stuff always happening around. 😔😔😔😔😔 but we continue praying that will be a better place. And please don't take advantage of people with the prices.

When my family and I lived in a homeless shelter in the area we had no car and limited options....I did not love shopping here....Overpriced, low quality, meat is def not appetizing, limited selections leaving only the most expensive options...one time they were asking customers their opinion while shopping and I said it was too expensive and he asked for example....I think I picked up some Ramen and pointed out that it was very expensive compared to other stores...they gave us a discount that day which was cool.....walk to register smiling for the small win however most cashiers don't smile or acknowlwdge you...so was ruined by time I checked out since....hate to say it...but if your not spanish speaking they pretend you do not exist at register...wont respond when you greet them or smile back or say how are you..after a few times I realized that only when my spanish husband was with me that they would act different and at least acknowlwdge a hello...we have since moved...we only shopped here when we had no other choice..no car....the free shuttle is needed otherwise people would just go elsewhere if they had to pay an uber. They are in business because of these things...the local necessity..but are not a first choice in most cases thats for sure. Im still grateful it was there when we needed and that its not necessity any longer. Easier to pay 7 bucks a month and get free walmart delivery same day.

This particular location has some VERY ignorant and rude cashiers/ employees but not all are like this, there are a few nice people who work there. The Chicopee location is much better, cleaner and professional. If you’re spending your money somewhere it’s nice to be treated like you’re a human being and not a second class citizen in a third world country. They need professional training courses.

Very limited selection. Everyone watches you like a hawk as if you're gonna steal but no-one helps you find things and they're very rude and barely speak English which is sad because if you're in our country you need to learn English to communicate effectively.
The owner only hires pretty girls that he can control like robots.The worst part is you only get 1 free plastic bag, if it accidentally breaks they look at you like you're stupid.Go shopping there you'll see what I'm talking about.

Disgusting Scammers. Double charged my grandma and the male manager with the moustache, hat and brownhair lied to our faces about it. Had to call our card company to get it resolved.
