Delivery time Check in 7:00am, got a dock 10:00 am and 11:00 am to done. They took 4 hours.

Tanker-Drivers: When arriving you want to take the first driveway on the right for this facility. As soon as you make the turn on their driveway just pass the corner is a long roll up door next to a call box. You will park there and use the call box for them to open up the door for you to pull in. Sometimes thay have you go to the other side of that door and park by the train tracks to unload. Unload time is about 1 hour then they start working on it. Once finished you go all the way around the building to leave, do not go back the way you came.

I gave a 3 star because it wasn't easy to figure out where I needed to be as a first timer here. A nice BIG-SIGN saying tanker's Check-in here would be helpful. The people over in the reefer/dry-van receiving office, tone of voice just sucks, their tone of voice got worse and worse, when just trying to get some help. Then they blame you for their attitude problem. Stay away from that department my fellow tanker drivers. The guy here in the tanker section has been very pleasant with me.

Showed up the night before my delivery appointment around 10 pm on Wednesday was able to get into the dock fairly quickly and by midnight was empty…not bad

If coming off of 495 N, exit 62. Take a left on to Simarano Dr. It's the second entrance on your right (unless you're a tanker) after railroad tracks. The receiving office is at the end corner after the first row of docks. Unload appt. was for 8 AM, arrived a few minutes before. Checked in and was given a dock. Unloaded in an hour for a full trailer. Not bad. Employees in the receiving office were nice and courteous.

It’s been years since I bought Kens salad dressing. It was on sale and I was craving blue cheese. I recalled the “chunky blue cheese” as being pretty decent so I got a bottle.
Might as well have bought cheap ranch. Almost tasteless. No blue cheese taste at all and definitely no chunks of blue. Just bland white oily liquid full of cheap ingredients, questionable fillers, sugar, preservatives, and 13 grams of fat per each 2 tablespoon serving.

It’s Time to retire, Ken.

It’s sad the way they abuse a truckers clock here. After you feel 1st pallet go on trailer you must go stand at the back of your trailer and talk to forklift then you have option to sit in the trucker lounge or stand back there. Still sucks tho. They permit you to sweep out your trailer after docking. Pick up your nails along the curb where we park. How rude to leave nails on the ground after you sweep out your trailer where we park. Make sure you have 2 load locks or be quick to lie. I have never slid my axles or chocked my wheels.

Drivers beware! Took over 4 hrs to get loaded on a weekend. Ran out of hrs and asked to stay in one of 20 empty spaces for a 10. No problem I was told. 45 min later I get a call...need you to come back, we forgot 2 pallets. Ok so I get loaded again. Yard dog wakes me up a few hrs later asked me to move to staging area (remember, 20 empty spaces). So I move. He then wakes me again a few hrs later and asks my appointment time. I tell him I'm loaded and he tells me to leave premessis. I had the ok to stay from shipping but rude jockey could care less. Not pulling your product any longer Kens. Only reason 2 star is cause dock gave me a case of BBQ sauce cause I had to come back
