What a great experience! Picked up some dry ice for my son’s birthday party and Ed gave some cool science ideas to do with the dry ice! The kids are gonna have fun!! Also gave a list of instructions to make sure we were safe.

I work in food service sales and stop here regularly when I have longer drives ahead of me and need to keep product cold. Today I stopped by just before closing and 2 men that hadn’t helped me before were there. They recommended the best cuts for my needs. They put part of it in a paper bag but left 2 chunks completely uncovered and loose. I work with dry ice frequently so I have gloves in my car but there was no way for him to know that. Horrible customer service and down right dangerous.

They went to cash me out. The younger of the two had a huge grin as he gave me my change but I didn’t think twice about it at the time. The cash was tri-folded and I quickly checked my change through the unfolded corner and went on my way. When I got home and went to put the cash in my wallet I knew what the grin was about. My change was three $5 bills and a $10 - in between two of the $5 and the $10 was a $5 that had a huge chunk missing - they sandwiched it in purposely hoping I wouldn’t see it.

This business has completely lost my trust.

I had the best experience this week at Kelly's Dry Ice. I stopped in to grab a small amount of dry ice for a school science experiment and left feeling like I made a friend. The man who runs this company is caring and compassionate. Without hesitation he took care of my school students by donating a small bag of ice. I was blown away by his kind gesture. Many times teachers pay out of their own pocket for materials and he would not allow it even after I offered. I wish more people were as kind. Always has dry ice on hand and has a fantastic team. I cannot imagine doing business any where else for dry ice!
