Recently moved to the area and went to this food truck called The Road Rancher (which was delicious). Noticed the meat was supplied by this farm (food truck is parked on the farm), ended up meeting both Matt and Kathy who were both super friendly (Matt gave my dog a couple burnt ends) then I asked if I could purchase their beef. The answer was yes! Made my first steaks tonight and holy smokes they were fantastic, the best I'd ever had!!! Farm to table is the only way I want to eat for now on. We will be returning customers of Katt and Mathy Farms.

Tried to support this local farm and when I inquired about purchasing a portion of a cow I was told it’s $100 to be put on a wait list. Then was asked if I could use Venmo. No introduction or any additional information.
I asked if there was another option because I don’t use Venmo and didn’t think it would be an issue as a professional business and asked whom I was speaking with and I was just ignored. Guess I’ll find a different farm.

just cooked a pot roast in the crock pot. It was delicious! Such a high quality roast. Potatoes, carrots, onions and yummy beef on a snowy day. The best.
