This was my personal experience with Karmens:

I was warned by friends previously not to buy from Karmens because they were a “SH*T show”, but I was on a budget and they had the cheapest greenhouse kit available. Everything started out well, the manager (I won’t use his name) was friendly and got my greenhouse kit built in a relatively short period of time. I came to pick up the greenhouse about a month later and brought it home. As we began to to put the greenhouse together we noticed we were missing parts, had one half extra hoop, and wrong size parts. I wasn’t really all that upset about it in the beginning because things happen and you just do your best to correct it and move forward. Well, as we continued to build we noticed more miss match parts, which resulted in having to take multiple trips back to Karmens, costing me more time and money. On one of my workers trips back to Carmens the manager became aggressive with him and started throwing a tantrum saying, “We were insulting him, and I thought you guys knew what you were doing!” When in fact they were ones making the mistakes and we were being completely cool about everything. Bottom line is, they’re all cool until you hand them over your last payment, after that they treat you like you’re bothering them. There are no plans, all you get is a hand drawn map of holes, and directions typed off Microsoft Word. Pretty much a joke. I have NEVER in my life worked with people so unprofessional. I build homes and contract with several vendors on a regular basis and have never seen anything like this before. The kit was also rough as hell, most everything had to be filed down to fit pipes into each other, and 3 of our hoops were longer than the other ones which we had to cut to fit. They pump these things out of the welding shop as fast as possible. One nice thing about their greenhouses though is their rigidity. After all the BS the greenhouse itself is of good quality. And the black out crew they recommended were SUPER professional and we enjoyed our experience with them.

We bought our greenhouse during the busy season, and I don’t think the manager had good help, we could tell he was on edge from day one. This was just my experience. You decide if a little bit of money saved is worth it to you, it wasn’t for us. We will never go back. In fact, we had 2 more greenhouses we were ordering from Karmens, but after all the BS we decided to drive to Redding and purchased them from Emerald Kingdom. We had ZERO problems with them.

Horrible experience, . Only good service until you hand them cash. No instructions on roll up dep products. Also improper bolts given and nothing labeled. They got frustrated with me asking so many questions on what's what cause of their half assesd information...Only a sharpie ,photo copy on how to cement in poles. No instructions on how to assemble, OR and ESPECIALLY adjust the tarp to roll strait. They will "help" you adjust, after you paid 1200$ just for the chain pull kit, for a huge fee. I will go ANYWHERE else even Out of town. Industry milkers

OK,I HAD A BAD XPIERENCE AT KARMENS,IN AFTERTHOUGHT I SHOULD NEVER HAV POSTED THAT,I DONT EVEN KNO THESE PEOPLE,AND JUST BECAUSE I WAS WRONGED,SHOULD HAV JST NEVER GONE BACK,STILL TRYING TO GRO UP AT 68,SO IF ANYONE READ THAT,PLS DISREGARD,GO IN, HAV UR OWN XPIERENCE,U BE JUDGE,DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAV DIFFERENT XPIERENCES!!!
