Bought 4 pies and three of them were so old they were like rubber! There was no expiration dates but these were clearly too old! Be very careful buying these pies!

Update: Liked the cherryso I tried the apple. I like apple pie more than cherry pie so no shocker I liked these more than the cherry. And I loved the cherry. These are fantastic!

Picked these up on a lark. Liked that they were minis. They were even a couple days out of date (my fault for not noticing). They are the perfect size. Cherry pie is usually not my favorite but I liked these alot and would definitely get them again and would love to try some of their other flavors. The crust is good with a very slight glaze

I used to deliver freshly ground flour that would come in by train car from Meadville, PA. packaged up, palletized, and shipped to JTM Foods in Erie PA.. The smell of fresh pies coming from the bakery was intoxicating and the key to a good pie is getting them as fresh as possible, please check the date. Unfortunately as soon as the pies leave the warehouse the pies are exposed to so many adverse environments, and potential damage. Trust me, these are almost as good as Mom's & Grandma's pies...These pies made with quality materials, are not loaded up with added preservatives, so do yourself a favor and look for the expiration date printed on the box before you buy. These folks at JTM Foods work hard to make a good product, don't let an expiration date ruin that experience.

Bought a box of mini cherry pies this morning at Family Dollar 251Darrow Road Akron Ohio store #04683 got them to my place of work and they had a rubbery filling so later in the day I pulled box out of the can next to my desk and best by date 2/21/25 today is 4/4/25 and I have had these pies in the past with no issues hard to find that date but I took pics of box date stamp and store receipt,no big deal only 3 bucks but thought I would post,date on box in the front lower center if you have your glasses on and want to waste 5 minutes for a 3 dollar product.

I'd never heard of "JJ's Bakery" pies before but have enjoyed Hostess pies occasionally since I was young. The Lemon flavor looked similar to theirs. Unfortunately I won't know as the pie wasn't a Lemon flavor but Blueberry? It appears that the reviews mentioning low quality are accurate. Seems like a very poorly run company.

I been buying jtm for years never had one problem with them sense I was in my 20 I am now over 50 I love their cupcakes

What is shown on box and what you get in a JJs pies are two totally different things 🤢 They are disgusting. Limp, soggy brown blob with goo. This is false advertising at the least.
