Motorcycle ride North out of Mass. We stopped here for sandwiches. Great food, washed it down with rootbeer. Cool temps made this a well needed break.

I've gone here a few times and the sandwiches are delicious, there's a great drink selection and they even have local vendors. I have always ordered a half grinder since they're pretty big. But, I've tried ordering twice over the phone now and the first time I ended up with an open sandwich, so literally a quarter slice of bread - only bread on the bottom. My friend and I laughed thinking it must be a kid making this and they didn't understand, but my friend said it had to be on purpose because who would do that It hadn't happened before. I just called now explaining what happened to make sure I'm getting an actual sandwich, with a slice of bread in the top and bottom. They couldn't understand what I'm asking for. This is literally a sandwich, quite possibly the easiest thing to make in a kitchen. I noticed they have the Don't Tread On Me flag up at their shop, so I just chalk it up to not being the smartest group of people. Given I have celiac disease and need a clean kitchen, I'm not comfortable going here anymore. A few brain cells too short of sandwich making capabilities 😬

I was there this morning with my Son and we ordered a Reuben and in all the years of eating Reuben's. It was THE BEST Ever! We Will Return!

Joe’s has the best sandwiches! Of course they also sell meat and have a small market of goods, wine, beer, etc.., but you have to come here and have lunch! They offer a lot of options. Cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches are all on the menu. They also offer soups and some entree options. They have potato salad and such items as well. (I’ll leave pictures of the menu with this review.)

The shop has indoor and outdoor seating and they offer delivery for a fee. I think it’s around $3 or so. The shop is located in the heart of North Hampton. It’s a local favorite and I promise you won’t be disappointed with anything you order.

Very nice sub shop. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful and they had a ton to choose from. They even had some treats. We got a couple large cookies very soft and delicious and some prepackaged mac salad which was also very good. Would definitely recommend!

Placed a pretty big order and they were so helpful and communicative, and assured that it would be safe for allergies too. Food was delicious and perfect for what we needed it for!

Best italian for $8 i ever had.
Have them combine the meats of both Italians.
Also, just a word of advice, put the toppings under the meat!
All in all it was excellent.
Oatmeal cookie was the bomb too!

Just unwrapped one of the best Italian cold subs I’ve ever had—and yes, it was loaded. Joe’s Meat Shoppe is a local hot spot in Hampton, NH serving up stacked sandwiches, juicy roast beef, and a butcher case that’s a carnivore’s dream. Quality ingredients, fresh, and wicked good.
