My husband and I purchased a membership in Jodar's CSA years ago, and we have stayed with them over the years because we believe in what they do. Jodar Farms cares for their animals and for practicing sustainable methods of production. I love the pork, especially the chops, hams, sausages, and shoulder roasts. If that sounds like the whole hog, you would be right! As a CSA member, I have access to some of the best chicken, duck, and turkey that we've ever prepared. Our Thanksgiving meal always features one of their turkeys. They're delicious! Local grass-fed beef is available, and if you need real maple syrup for your pancakes, there's some available at the farm. We highly recommend Jodar Farms. Support your local farmer!

I have been a CSA member with Jodar Farms for many years, and I love the quality of the meat and eggs. I also love that I can support a local farm, and feel more connected to the food I buy for my family. Aaron and his family pour their hearts into this farm, and it’s always awesome to be connected with that kind of business. When my kids were younger, we visited the farm and saw the high quality of care for the animals. I would whole heartedly recommend the farm.

Probably the friendliest people you will ever meet. Got a 1/2 hog from them and it is the best tasting hog I have ever had. Cannot go back commercial after them. Had a ham steak this morning. So tender and it was smoked to perfection. Plus the price was on point.

My family joined Jodar Farms CSA for Summer 2024 and our only regret is not joining sooner! Their eggs and meat are top notch. We really enjoy getting unwashed eggs that we can keep on the counter. They stay fresh longer and help free up fridge space. The pork is delicious. We especially like the jalapeno cheddar brats and the breakfast sausages. The split chicken breasts are delicious any way we prepare them. And, we've also enjoyed some steaks from the farm. We've continued our CSA membership and look forward to continuing our membership for years to come. We 100% recommend Jodar Farms for your meat and egg needs.

I have been a CSA member for many years and am very pleased with the locally grown poultry and pork that this farm offers. The quality is consistently top notch - so much better than the grocery store products! Ordering online is easy and the farmer is very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and delicious meats. I started getting a CSA with Jodar Farm after i bought a pack of chicken legs from the grocery store and 2 had broken leg bones. I didnt want to worry about the treatment the animals endure in life. Knowing how Jodar treats their animals was an important deciding factor and participating in loval food systems gives us a clear understanding of the ethics of supply and demand.
