Telling a customer “ I don’t know ,google it.” With an eye roll and an attitude, while she was doing nothing, is wild to me … staff should have more knowledge about the products in the store , maybe if she was more friendly and talked to the customers like some of the other staff , she could have been helpfull … as a regular customer I was highly disappointed . Was ready to drop some cash on a new machine that I’ve been wanting and did a lil researched online but was hoping to get some in person intel on how customers are liking it . Hopefully a good company will save this store and properly train these people.

Frickin rude ahh lady cutting the fabric last night. So mean and critical. Did not appreciate. But nice Cashier made up for it. Still do not appreciate. Prices not built for me never going back there.

Worked hard to provide fabric in the heat of the pandemic. Always patient and filled orders as fast as possible. I couldn't have made the 120 masks I made without getting my supplies online through them

Love this store. Very helpful staff. Doing a project i have never attempted and they were great with how to do it. Only problem was that we had to ring twice to get a clerk to the register and waited at least 5 minutes. By the time she showed up there were 4 customers waiting.

I came here with my wife! My wife ask me to go back here again and again!! So many fabrics to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. They recommend coupons to save money for customers! Definitely a good business. I am going back in couple hours to get more materials with my wife.😁😁
