I have been a very satisfied customer for many, many years, happy with both the quality of their products, the efficiency of their shipping, and their customer service. But after a recent phone call to try to resolve a problem or at least get further information about a shipping delay due to a misrouting by USPS, I’m sad to report that Jo-Mar Labs’ previously fine customer service no longer exists. The person who took my call was quite unconcerned and had nothing to say except that she wasn’t responsible for or knowledgeable about what the post office does. So a heat sensitive product that was supposed to be shipped from Jo-Mar Labs in California to my Tucson address has been sitting in Atlanta, GA, possibly on some post office vehicle in the sweltering heat for two days with no resolution in sight, and as for Jo-Mar Labs? Well, hey, it’s not their problem.

I have been using the 21 Blend Black Label powder product for almost a year now and love being able to put a teaspoon full of it in my morning yogurt. It is such an easy way for me to get great protein support in the morning instead of eating eggs or other meat sources.
