Sloppy wet sandwich, made me sick.
Manager refused to address the issue and he was very rude.
Poor health conditions, dirty, no hairnets, no gloves. Food preparation-globs of sauce.

I have dined in at this location several times and each time the guys working were extremely nice and helpful! Sandwiches were so good i keep coming back!! Their bread was just right and not hard! I tried the murrysville location and was so dissatisfied that I will never go to any location but this one!!!

Im convinced this is the best jimmy johns in pittsburgh-great location in Homestead square, its clean, and offers great service. They get through the line quickly and my food always comes out well.

The jalapeno ranch chicken wrap is delicious, and I hope it stays on the menu.

Always happy with the subs that we pick up from here. My husband loves the Italian Night Club and I love the Chicken Caesar Wrap. The staff is always friendly and efficient, our food is often already made before we finish paying! This location seems to be very well-managed and is always clean. My only complaint is that I wish they would offer wraps year round and not just in the summer.

The staff at this location is top-notch, and I am always super impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I have never had a problem or a bad dining experience. I highly recommend stopping in before seeing a movie and grabbing a delicious meal.

Disappointed. Came in maybe 10 minutes after they opened. Didn’t get greeted and it was only me. I had to say goodmorning to the cashier. My sandwich was quick, by the time I got my drink it was ready. Sat down, opened my sandwich and the first and only thing I seen was pickles and cheese, where is the meat? I seen 3 small slices of meat. Went to the register and asked for extra meat and although I did offer to pay, they charged me almost $3. No thank you or apologizes. Bite into my sandwich and the bread was hard as rock. No way! Never again. Smh
