I was a little surprised after cooking up one of their ribeyes, the steak seemed like it'd be good, I personally didn't try much of it, but the person I cooked it for didn't like it, understandably, didn't seem like it but once they cut into the steak it was giant chunks of fat, a large portion of the steak was just fat, and it wasn't any type of marbling. This was also the type of fat that was very hard to chew, Wouldn't come back for it, especially at the price. We'll have to see how the pork ribs turn out.

Now that I’ve had two cuts of JBW beef, I can’t go back to grocery store steak! The steaks are just so much tastier than what you get at the store that it’s worth every penny. I’d much rather eat this beef once or twice a week and have it be healthier for me, better for the land, and better for the cow.

Love this cute little store front. I can't wait to see what all you do with the place. I have not tried any of your meat, but I have heard a lot of good things about it. I'd have to say the soap and different products my sister makes for ya'll are amazing. The lotion especially. It is not greasy, which I like. She let me try a little. I'm so glad ya'll chose her to make products for you because she is good at what she does. Ya'll will make a great team, and I currently hope your business will take off.
