Delivery gates open at 6 AM, and you’re assigned a door immediately. Once you back up to the door, someone comes quickly to collect the paperwork, unloading is fast but took 2 hours for paperwork after unloaded.
However, the security guard is extremely rude and refused to let me use the restroom, which is why I’m giving 0 stars.

Very rude security and no bathrooms or portable bathrooms. Major delays on getting loaded I spent the night waiting for my load here.

15 minutes to unload 7 totes of chicken and been waiting over 2 hours now for QA to check it and release me from the dock. Perhaps they should focus more on their job instead of coming outside every 10 minutes to play on their cellphone, might even get some work done.

BE READY TO WAIT! 7 hours so far and the trailer was taken off the door waiting for product. Don’t bother asking security they haven’t got one IOTA of what is going on. It’s Friday on a holiday weekend, they don’t know when the product will get here nor if it will get here by Tuesday. Frustrating to say the least. I gave JBS one more shot, well let’s say it never works out for me.

Plan on a reset after you drop your trailer. They paid detention time, so all is good. There is a trl washout about a block away, regular hours though. Get one before you arrive. ..

I have set in line on the highway to get into this place for hour and a half. Once I checked-in and she says your trailer needs washed out. It's clean enough but I have to go pay $25 to get it washed out. Now am setting another hour++ before I can get in again. There are two in the guard shack in only one is working.

Took 4½ hours to load. Was 38500lbs on drives. Came back to have load reworked and they pulled everything off, reloaded it and I'm still 38000lbs on my drives. I've been here for 9 hours, they're reworking it yet again. Avoid this place at all costs.
