I never write reviews but had to brag on Jake’s Mountain Shuttle- this was our third year using this company for transportation from Denver airport to our rental in the mountains & back to airport. We also have used this company while visiting the Breckenridge area to get to our snowmobile tour. Their drivers are awesome! They are easy to communicate with & very dependable- this year our driver arrived early for our 5:30 am pick up in the middle of a snow storm! Highly recommended Jake’s Mountain Shuttle!

We booked their service for our wedding, we were told what we needed and how much (great). About a month before the wedding we had reached out to confirm everything with them. They then told us that we would probably need another van and that there would be only 1-2 pickup spots. So we told them to go ahead and cancel the service cause our guests are to spread out for that service to work. We then got an email a few days prior to the wedding, which we didn’t see of course, basically saying that we were still booked and if we wanted to cancel it would be x amount of money. They charged us $682 for a service that was never even provided and not 1 person reached out to us in regards to anything to do with that service. It’s a very crappy way of running a business and would never recommend their service.

This shuttle service was amazing. Bert picked us up early dropped us off on time and picked us up again on time. He showed us a couple cool places and gave us a little history lesson on our drive. Very clean classy vehicle. Also Jake was the absolute best pup ever.

We used Jake’s Mountain Shuttle to transport our wedding guests between A-Basin and the Homewood Suites. It was a great experience. Easy to book, super friendly staff, and very flexible with changes to the schedule. We requested Jake the dog join us for the ride and Jake even posed for a picture with the bride and the groom!

We used Jake's to transport the wedding party and guests at my daughter's wedding. They were amazing from beginning to end. Great communication and customer service! The driver's were professional and kind. Bert made sure we were well taken care of. He even went over and above at the end of the night and took the bride and groom's overnight bags to them, which we forgot! Highly recommend!
