I also have an Island Pacific in my city but i had to pick up food at Philhouse. The ladies are very cheerful and accommodating but the smelt was old and burnt. You need to toss it if it is no longer consumable. It was bitter and mixed with ones that are no longer crunchy. Please try to visit the food quality in this location. Some fried fish looks like they have been sitting under the heat lamp for days. Some branches have better tasting food and prepared better than this location. I give the stars to the ladies and their smiles. Otherwise food needs quality control...

I had not been here before they have a lot of delicious food you get what you pay for I got the rice with the chicken a lot of parking great service it does get busy but it’s worth the wait

I have been coming here my whole life. My Lola would always get me the baby octopus when they would sell them live. She would cook em for me and I'd be quite for awhile. To busy chewing. And the rice cakes.

Very nice ladies when you walk in look to the right and you can order food I order chicken ordobo fried shrimp and curry chicken chicken adobo and the pork adobo was so delicious even the fried chicken skins

Good variety of fish and meat! Goat meat...haven't seen that before, they're cute animals so it must taste good, right?
Prices are pretty good, variety is very good. It's hard to find a good fish market out here in East Contra Costa County, this one is one of the better ones!
They also have a food court in the front!

visiting from Italy, Filipino food was a must for me during my vacation in the Bay Area. Delicious selections of Pinoy food and staff are friendly. Place is also very clean
