Fantastic service and quality beef. I've been a customer now for 3 years, this year (2023) purchasing two whole steers.

This is a professional operation who pre sells into their stock/inventory long before the butchering season comes around.

Therefore anyone who wishes to buy from Ironstone should likely request to be on the list when it goes out in early spring to their potential customers for each season.

This is not a factory farm/processor and the expectation that some other reviewers have that cows/beef would just magically appear is certainly not a reasonable expectation.

Been getting beef from this outfit for several years. Easy transaction. Beef is a+ quality. Thank goodness there are people that cater to the finer things in life. I'll never buy beef from big box stores ever again as long as this is available.

I called this company twice the woman listen to my voice and hung up the phone. I called her again to set up an order and she ruly told me they were sold out for the year time 4:30 08/31/2023. I am bewildered
