I have always loved middlesworth chips but honestly the price keeps going up and the amount of chips in bags becomes less. The last bag I open was 1/4 full and the rest was air. I wanted to post a picture but I can’t on this review for some reason.

Always loved middleswarth chips. Been a lifelong customer until this point. The quality has drastically declined over the past year. I reached out to customer service with no response. I will not buy their products again until I get a response. My last bag did not come from “A” quality potatoes.

Some of the best potato chips made in Pennsylvania! These potato chips are nearly an essential staple in Central PA. The Bar-b-q are the best but all of the other flavors are great as well. You can also stop by the factory and buy them directly at the front office!

Have been a die hard fan of these chips all my life, love them always and I stand by them being the best chips I have ever had. If you truly want the full experience go to the factory and buy chips from the front office absolute difference experience with freshly made chips, can have no better A+++

I grew up in the Hershey/Harrisburg area, sold these chips in Father's store and now live in Northern Georgia. Order a big box nearly every three months and my neighbors really look forward to the delivery. Last two times the boxes were smashed as well as some of the precious contents. The shipping folks have no idea what FRAGILE means or simply do not care ! The order before this one also came smashed and opened ! Very disappointing. I obviously do not mind the $20 for shipping, but you really need to invest in a stronger box design so that your chips, not crumbs, are delivered with the expected results. Thanks in advance. JT

What is wrong with the chips now!? They are always hard/stale and not much flavor. Whatever happened during COVID y'all really need to work it out. I'm sure prices changed ingredients/suppliers but it's really taking a hit towards your product. I've been a loyal customer my entire adult life and I'm about to just stick with Pringles or Doritos for good. At this point great values chips are beating your chips 10 fold. FIX THIS PLEASE.

My favorite chips always. Grew up on them. Now, I live out of state and have to order online. Hate shipping cost so when I visit Pennsylvania twice yearly, I load up the vehicle. Plus a discount if you buy by the case at the factory. ❤️❤️
