This is the story of a dog who helped sell a farm.

Matt Skinner knew beforehand, from his own investigation, that there were lots of pheasants in the CRP of our Greene County farm that we wanted to sell.

So when he took a potential investor - and hunter - to see the farm, he let his dog scare up a bunch of birds. The buyer loved it, and our farm was sold.
