I wanted to try meat from this place for a while. When I got to the store front I didn't realize all their meat is frozen solid. I was going to buy some steaks but their porthouses were so thin.
I bought a variety box that came with chicken wings, pork ribs, hot links, and 2 packs of bacon. I tried the hickory bacon first. It had a funny taste to it and I am not sure why. My wife wasn't able to eat it. I don't think it was spoiled. I made all the ribs next. It comes with 3lbs of ribs but they are the smallest sections I've ever seen. There was about 6 sections of the small portion of a pork loin rib rack. Each had about 4 bones. And eas about 5 inches im length. Again, the meat had an off taste and I'm not sure why. I made a stock with all the chicken wings as they were tiny and not worth making into party wings. The stock came out very bland without much chicken flavor. I was most looking forward to the hotlinks and they were a huge disappointment. They tasted gamey and the grind used to make them is too fine. I got an extra pack of Louisiana links to try and they also had this problem.

I have enjoyed your Chicken Smoked Sausage in the past. But to my surprise when I opened this pack I found what appeared to be bite mark into one the sausage by what I can only assume was a rat or some small animal, This made me sick and angry. Please do more to check of your quality control. I am providing you with pictures.

Good selection of cuts of meat for your next BBQ. Pricing is lower than supermarkets. Plus they have pet food and treats.

Since I was a little kid my family would cook these all the time. I'm 37 and still smoke them on my charcoal grill. " Won't use any other kind of Hit links"

Read packaging, says Beef links then on the bottom in small lettering says pork casing. Most people who buy beef, want beef not pork. Sucks will have to return or give to someone who eats pork. Beef in huge letters main ingredients no pork. Very bottom pork casing wouldnt have purchased if this was more clear
