Saw their sign as I was driving, randomly stopped in. Ladies were great at helping me pick out a sandwich for my lunch before hiking at Worlds End State Park.
Prices were great.

Ordered 1 sub by phone. Told 10 minutes so I took my time getting there. Bought other items and paid. The girl at the counter mumbled something that you couldn’t understand. We walked over to wait on our sub. Listened to the guy discuss his bloody snot to the other girl. Stood there 6 more people came in and ordered. Stood there….I went up to the counter after 25 minutes and asked if my sub was ready. Yep, it was!! They never once acknowledged the fact that people were standing there waiting. Our sub was a hot sub but definitely was cold when we got it. No respect for the customers at all. You need to hire some good help or you will be losing business. I will not order or purchase from this store again!!

My husband stopped to pick up subs for our supper. He put our order in and was waiting on them to get made when he heard the employee making them complaining about the one being double meat and cheese. He said he will never go back. If it was a problem to do it shouldn't be an option. The employee should also not complain about having to do their job, especially not where the customer can hear her.

Used to like buying lunch meat there but tonight is the last time. Waited my turn, gave my order then watched as the girl waited on 6 people and took a phone call. All of whom came in after me. Prices are good, service is bad. Same thing happened the last time.

Honestly if your driving through Pennsylvania you know you can hit spots where it’s so desolate fine dining is McDonald’s or Wendy’s. With that being said looking for a nice place to eat can be extremely hard.

Food servings were small .. like appetizer sizes. Food was bland and tasteless. Would I visit this place again absolutely not.

Hours are until 10pm, you say 9pm and then your employees just decide to leave at 8pm because they feel like it. How is this any way to run a business?
