TRUCKERS, avoid Industrial Packaging at 5 Cudworth Rd, Webster, MA. I waited over four hours just to get loaded, and the staff showed no urgency or communication. The facility is disorganized, leading to long delays. Save yourself the time and hassle—consider other shippers!

Believe what you read. You will wait hours to get loaded. This is absurd and downright disrespectful. Ask for more money before you book a load with this place. You been warned. They're in no hurry. Good luck getting loaded before apt time won't happen. Will NOT return here

I needed my machine serviced ASAP and Steve McQueen responded and drove over within a few days and serviced my machine. He didn't overcharge at all, knew what he could do and how long it would take. I had a question about a different machine, and he reached out to another colleague to find out the answer and he did it all in the same day. Very pleased with the service I received.

This place is really bad for truckers you will spend all day waiting for a door and once They give you a door sit and relax because is a long process don’t waste your time here
