Check your meat weights before and after. They tend to short your meat. 11lbs of duck became 7lbs after 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. Time to go elsewhere.

Let’s start by saying I know what I’m talking about because I owned a butcher shop before, to be exact 13yrs. So no, you do not lecture me and educate me about loss after cutting a duck.
This is not my first purchase at your business but it’s my last.
Instead of checking with the back what happened and correct it, maybe because it’s the busy season and mistakes happen, you out here making false claims.

And you should respond to an online negative review differently. Instead of apologizing and ensuring this doesn’t happen in the future.
You out here being combative and calling your long time customers liars.
This shows the kind of establishment you running.

Like I said time to go elsewhere.

My first time at this poultry facility was great
Friendly staff = reasonable prizing But going on forward I don’t know why every time I make a purchase for pick-up over the phone
“CLEARLY STATED” one #5lbs white chicken cut into small pieces and upfront I was told it’s “$2.50” per a pound . However every time I go there they giving me way beyond the price range for it . Don’t understand why ? But it’s not just me I saw other people confirming the prices with them cause it seems like a “RIP OFF” on people’s pocket to come there and purchase poultry
And giving them a different price range it happens to me 3 times when I confirm it with the staff recently he said 2 pounds extra Why would I want 2 pounds extra and have charge for $20 dollars when I only ask for a specific ( 5 lbs CHICKEN) further more the staff was rude was demanding
Can’t do that to people don’t know what kind of management is this
