We have picked up multiple times in this place, but no more. Every time you get there, the load is not ready. They start assembling the load when you arrive, even though the load is schedule to ship that day. They are very rude at the shipping office and sometimes mix up paperwork/BOL. At least 4 hours wait.

Terrible place to work. No support from upper management. They treat the workers like dogs. Front desk is rude and basically useless. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star comments. The majority of the workers do not speak English and are not computer savvy enough to write a review. But I can assure you, they hate working here; they’re just here because they have limited work opportunities.

They need more personal to loading the truckers and don’t taking long time !!!! We have long time to driver, we have a electronic book it mean time is runner and we need to drop the delivery in on time! We need sleep in good time etc . That mean to keep in mean to the drivers the time to arrived to pick up. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Christine at Iberia Food Miami who went out of her way to help me find a retail location for one of the products they sell. She was extremely patient and resourceful and anticipated my every need. Christine thanks for the excellent customer service and display of such intelligence.

I bought their Valencia pearl rice from Publix and when cooked ( just rice and water) smell awfully like a medication. Also this rice does not specify the origin so probably not from Spain (: Not buying again.

horrible place to work. The manager treats her employees poorly and looks down on them. She doesn’t help her employee’s when they need her assistance. She is a disgrace to this company
