Love this Hyvee! Prices are a little higher than I'm used to but given the location, variety and cleanliness of the store, it's understandable. The staff is friendly and i recommended anyone needing groceries to use this Hyvee!

If you are looking for simple items, they may or may not have it. This is an older version of Hyvee. Which is fine. Just don't expect the full hyvee experience here. Small town, nice people working, not much to choose from. Good meat selection. Not a great fresh food selection. A lot of the fresh fruits and vegetables were older or needed water.

So Huge shout out to Beth that works in the bakery section at the hyvee in harlan ia. She took the time out of her work day to make my daughter's birthday
all the more special. Not only is she kind and extremely helpful and amazing at what she does In the bakery!!.
.. this evening she allowed my kids to watch as she personalized my daughters cake making it birthday girl perfect and approved!! If your looking for great customer assistance and beautifully made cakes go see beth at the hyvee on chatburn. Shes seriously Great!!

I live in Coborn country :(... Yes that's a sad face because I would smile if we had a Hy-Vee!!!! I stopped here for lunch. The deli was impressive!!! Very Impressive!!

The online service is wonderful. We also enjoy fuel saver points at the pump. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There's a health section and beverage section, both very convenient. The pharmacy is where we get our yearly vaccines. Great store.

No response from management when a complaint was made. The pharmacy staff is super rude, and they keep getting away with it.

Staff was up front, stocking, I didn't want to use self check out, but employee never turned around. So I tried self checkout. Ended up having to call her over to help with an item. Think I wasted more time doing that ..than if I would have just called her over to check out. Peoples time..in morning before work....goes too fast... checkers are better than self checkout.
