My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience doing a culinary farm stay with Seed & Spoon at Husky Meadows Farm. We reached out to Tracy a few months prior and she was super helpful in selecting a weekend that would best fit our interests. Our weekend ultimately had five guests including ourselves and included a welcome dinner, breakfast, touring the organic farm, helping in the garden, a cooking class where we prepared our dinner, and a farewell brunch which we also volunteered to help cook. Nearly everything we ate was grown on the farm or locally sourced, and the quality was really excellent. Tracy even adjusted the time of dinner so that we could attend a chamber music concert at the Norfolk Music Shed on Saturday evening that was incredible. The weekend was paced very well, with ample amounts of down time to relax and get to know the other guests. The guest accomodations were well appointed, private and very nice. We learned a lot and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the workings of the farm and cooking techniques. Tracy, Brett and the rest of the staff were all super welcoming and knowledgable. The whole weekend was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish and we highly recommend it!

I attended the open house this past week and was amazed by the experience. The shortbread cookies were sensational as well as the mushroom tea. An absolute beautiful place to visit.
