Fast unloading great place to deliver

Absolutely SUCKS. The check in process is so ridiculous. You having an appointment means, absolutely nothing here. You wait and wait and wait and wait just to get a dock door. Office workers, should all be replaced and maybe then this place, could work more efficiently. I will NEVER in my life, consider accepting a load from here again. Just unorganized chaos is what it is.

I'm not sure why most people who work in warehouses in California, think that every trucker they see is from right down the block. As we know when they want you to park down the street before even entering the premises when there is no signage that says so along the property's side street. Get signage please. Other than that, this wasn't a bad stop to get loaded. The staff was quick & on top of things. The shipping department was courteous. I only suggest taking drivers phone numbers down to call for complete loads instead of having the guy in the shack drive a golf cart in the rain knocking on truck doors.

Friendly faces, Checkin get dock, trailer seal get checked in by golf car guy (very helpful), docked and submit papers—when unloaded finished ✔️, he will knock the door, get paper then move out from dock…they take earlier than appointments…fast unloading

Unloading here went from being fast friendly and efficient just a couple years ago, to an office with a don't bother me attitude and sitting in a dock door for at least 3 hours before they even begin to unload you.

Unloading here is very organized. They always seem to get you out rather quickly.
