It’s a beautiful piece of property to showcase Bucks County. The happy ducks and chickens that are free range produce some delicious eggs. It’s a family affair with everyone helping out. Families are encouraged to come out and see for them selves.

It’s hard for young farmers to get a foothold in the industry, but Matt and Lisa are taking a beautiful piece of land starting from scratch to build it back to its previous purpose as a working farm and add their own personal touch to farm sustainably. It takes hard work, vision and grit.

Hollow House farm is a fine example how farming can continue within Bucks County. Their honey is about the best around. You can surely taste the difference in their free range eggs from store bought ones. I was very impressed with the farming techniques and practices employed on this farm run by a hard working young couple.
