Stayed 4 nights on top floor overlooking the park (far less noisy than facing Hwy 29).||Positives: Desk Clerk DeAndre was wonderful! Complimentary breakfast offered several meat selections that varied each day. Housekeepers work hard, do a great job cleaning and refreshing the rooms. Location convenient for walking to several nearby restaurants. No bogus fees. Pool kept clean. Our Keurig coffeemaker brewed less than 1/4 cup at a time so desk replaced it with a new one that worked fine.||Negatives: "BASIC cable" too basic. Only 36 channels, with only CNN & Fox (NO MSNBC or WEATHER CHANNEL). Room very stuffy, got hot early, and A/C so noisy it is impossible to hear the TV when it is running. Rooms not finished cleaning until after 5 pm some days (do they need to hire more staff?) Breakfast juices very watered down. Outdoor umbrella seating near pool had not been swept of leaves and debris in some time. Prime parking devoted to handicapped, all spaces empty the entire 4 days we were there (park on back side and enter through dining room door for easiest access to elevator area). We both had sore backs after 3rd night of sleeping (not sure if mattresses need replacement or were they cheap to begin with?). Coffee tasted weak, consider stronger brew.

This hotel was pretty nice. free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and other things. If you stay in this hotel for multiple nights, i would suggest going to the jelly belly factory, which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. try and beat my high score! (btw, it’s 300). aside from jelly beans, i would say this hotel is pretty good quality. the room was very good, with the important stuff like a shower, coffee machine, refrigerator, and a lock box. overall, i would recommend this hotel to families with children.

I stayed here because it was a decent proximity to Napa Valley, considering it was on the first floor it was relatively quiet, and the room was really spacious. Breakfast had a lot of options from yogurt to cinnamon rolls to omelettes and different breakfast meats. I had no issues with check-in or checkout, and it’s close proximity to a bunch of restaurants and definitely not too far from Napa.

I use a hotel for business travel, and this Holiday Inn has a good staff, clean rooms, and it's quiet. It is worlds better than the last hotel I stayed in Napa, the Indigo. Oof. Never again.
Bed was great, shower had good temp and pressure, the toilet didn't fall over into the shower like the Indigo, and the fridge stayed quiet at night, unlike the Indigo with compressors that go off like fire alarms at 3am. I'll definitely book here again

The side door was broken and it made it very inconvenient when leaving and coming back to the room. Also had to take a longer trip to load my bags. The area is great but it would be better if you had electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot. Everything else was great and staff was pretty nice.

This has been one of the best stays I have ever had anywhere. The staff was amazing especially Lucy and Shantal room was a great size in son has autism but he found the room to be perfect the days he stayed there with me.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a quick trip into town to help family move. Everything went very smoothly and the experience was pleasant. The room was clean and nicely appointed (pretty standard for the Holiday Inn Express). The staff who helped us were all very nice and courteous. My only real complaint was the breakfast: the eggs and sausage were pretty nasty and drenched in water. There was no creamer for the coffee. And the first yogurt I grabbed was expired. At least my bagel and cream cheese saved the day. My mother seemed to enjoy her cinnamon roll too. But overall, we just weren't super impressed by the breakfast. We both have had better at other Holiday Inn Express locations.
But overall we enjoyed our stay. 4/5 stars.

Easily the worst Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed in. We choose this chain all the time because they are reliably pleasant, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Not the American Canyon location. Trash and dirty linens were in the hall when we checked in - and still there in the morning. The $57 per fee was not obvious when we booked on IHG’s app. We awoke to the sound of forklifts and machinery at 5:30 from the industrial lumber yard next door. Never stopped disappointing! (But the bed was comfy, so 2 stars).
