Stumbled across this up and coming hot sauce brand at SoWa market a few weeks ago. Just ordered more of their tomato hot sauce because I was absolutely distraught when my bottle ran out. Try them out, they're great!

This is my absolute FAVORITE hot sauce on Earth (and I’m a hot sauce connoisseur so I don’t make statements like that lightly). If you have a good tolerance for pepper, the Carrot Escovitch hot sauce is definitely the one you should try. At first taste, you get more of the bite from the vinegar and other spices in the sauce, but then the heat from the peppers creeps up on your tongue in a slow burn and it’s absolutely delicious. Great on hot dogs, steaks, salmon and other kinds of fish, chicken and in marinades and other sauces! I make a killer wing sauce with it. Definitely worth the money & the happy feeling of supporting a small business.

They also have THREE other sauces for you to try. I’ve tried them all and keep them in my cabinet

We ordered the Variety Pack to try each sauce. The Pineapple has a great, more subtle favor. The Tomato and Original perfectly balance flavor and heat. Recommend trying all three so you can find your favorite. Also, received incredible customer service - our package got lost and Kamal proactively sent a replacement before we could even ask. A great local business!

All the products are exceptional. My personal favorite is the Original Hot Pepper. It has a nice balance of spicy and flavorful. If you are looking for something gentler when it comes to spicy check out the Pineapple Fresno.

Service is always quick, professional, and helpful.

I love all the sauces, but the tomato hot sauce is SO GOOD. So unique and different in the hot sauce game, it’s not trying to be a capsaicin bomb. Heat, flavor, it’s got it all. We tore through a bottle within a week.
