This is a working ranch. Goal during nationwide egg shortage is to get the product you want quickly and move on to the next customer. Many are familiar with Hilliker's some are not so some reviews are citing that the staff are rude/short. I find the staff to be quick in explaining that there is a limit of 1 egg product per car - that would be 1 dozen or 1 flat, not 1 of each egg product. This isn't Vons where you'll demand to see the manager, these are hard working people. 1 flat of 20 XL eggs purchased today. Great service, efficient, smooth transaction, got my eggs and on my way within 5 min. Pricing is reasonable and competitive-cheaper than the grocery store. See their website for current pricing. I've gone to Hillikers for years and I'm always amazed that they still offer to sell to the public. Thank you Hillikers. Even had a nice view of the Emu and Ostrich as well as a person directing traffic for customers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hilliker's Egg Ranch, and I couldn't be more impressed! The customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was a bit disappointed to only be able to purchase one flat of eggs due to the ongoing national egg shortage caused by avian influenza, but I completely understand and appreciate the ranch's commitment to managing their supply responsibly. Despite the limited availability, the quality of their eggs is unmatched – fresh, flavorful, and a true testament to the care they put into their farm. I'm grateful for their dedication to providing excellent products even in challenging times, and I'll definitely be back for more!

Great place to buy fresh local eggs. They have staff directing parking and the people inside are helpful and fast. Pick up some butter and jams if they aren’t sold out!

Grabbed an 18 pack today with my daughter. Service was great. Prices are posted online if you want current prices. Today I paid $6.95. This is a working farm and does not a big retail front. Be patient if cars are backed up or if farming equip needs to move in and out. They do take credit cards.

Husband just went to Buchmann's and they are charging about 20$ a flat. Hilliker's - $9.00. Thank you Hilliker's for providing amazing and fair customer service to your customers. We will never go anywhere else for our eggs. Great job- keep it up! I know it's not easy dealing with the public during this shortage.

Amazing amazing, the flats of cracks and chips are unbelievable value flat out and the jumbo brown are unbelievable value compared to other jumbo brown eggs. Their holiday egg nog became a staple in our house and my wife said that it was her favorite ever. While some of their other items could be found cheaper elsewhere, the prices are competitive and definitely worth getting everything(flavored milk, jam, butter) in one place

I have been coming here for 5+ years. Usually buy 5 flats of eggs, previously satisfied. Today again traveled 15 miles to pick up some eggs. I was told I could only buy 1 flat. When I protested, counter lady said "You can buy 1 or zero". As a customer I felt unappreciated, so I said "ok, it is zero'" and walked out. As I turned around, I heard her say to co-worker, "See how quickly I got rid of them". With her response and lack of customer service, she sure got rid of a previously satisfied customer - permanetly.

Literally not worth the drive for 1 flat of eggs and rude / unappreciated customer service.

We had the absolute worst experience at Hilliker this morning.
I have been coming here to get eggs for the longest time and today my husband must've parked in the wrong section and an older gentleman with glasses on screamed at him because he parked in the wrong spot then he goes inside, the older gentleman goes inside and says something to the ladies that were working inside the store, and they all stopped what they were doing, and looked over at my husband, still having a positive attitude not a single person acknowledged him when he went to leave. He said God bless you and still nobody spoke to him.
I don't know what happened to you guys this morning, but this was absolutely insane and one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time .
I'm not sure if you guys were all just having a bad morning or if something happened but
There was absolutely no customer service and incredibly rude.
