Extremely horrible place. The place is in the Colorado mountains, the lot is muddy, and it is hard to maneuver around during the wet and winter seasons. The forklift guy was friendly and helpful, but the old man in the crap office was extremely rude and unfriendly. They loaded me with over 80000 ib, so when I came back to him, he told me I should wait for 6 hours just to remove 2 pallets from the trailer. I see that was a way they punish drivers. Please, once you see Walden Co., make sure you’re coming to this horrible place.

I've been burning these pellets in my stove for several years now, and have had great luck with them so far. They burn hot & clean, the bags don't break as easily as other brands, and the amount of fines are less than just about all other brands I've burned. I wish we had more on the east side of Colorado Springs, though. Vendors tend to be sold out by the end of January.

Very friendly people, pull thru the weight scale and proceed to the office. They will give you paperwork for you and the forklift driver. Only one outside dock. I waited maybe 30 minutes before it was my turn to get loaded and the loading was maybe another 30-45 minutes. If coming here from i70, I recommend getting off at silverthrone and head up sr9 make a left on us40 then a right on sr14 to get there. Google maps shows you the entrance is on county road 12w
