I was met with a warm smile and friendly attitude. They were very patient and made recommendations for me and my family. I ordered the world famous Crack and Cheese Turkey leg. It was hot, tender and well seasoned. The amazing mix of the turkey, mac and cheese, sauce and turkey crackling was amazing. I high recommend if you are in the area you stop by. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in the area.

The smoked turkey leg was cooked to perfection. Our sides, the collards and mac & cheese, were seasoned and cooked extremely well. The crack and cheese was also a fun side.

The food looks and tastes days old. Spent almost $50 and highly disappointed. The mac and cheese is box mac and cheese with velveeta or some sort of cheese spread and it was disgusting. The crack n mac everybody talks about? Trash. Again box mac and cheese very dry turkey was dry and tasted old. Made my stomach ache instantly so I threw it away. Although I ordered the dinner no hushpuppies were included like mentioned on the menu. Also I started to get some of the pink lemonade but it was on the counter without a lid and flies swarming around. You don’t smell food being cooked. Its like they want you to wait outside and bring it to you so they can microwave the food like mentioned in another review. This food was definitely days old. 3 stars for the cashier she was friendly but her hairnet was not properly on. Atmosphere 1 star. The place looks unkept on a consistent basis the floor was sticky. I ordered my food the day before. Went to pick it up, and my order wasn't even started. The guy is on the phone, doesn't greet me. He has an irrated look on his face. It's not very welcoming. I finally receive my food. And paying $23 for this supposed cracked stuffed turkey was insane of me to do. Turkey was old. Mac and cheese needs to be renamed. It was old, dry, and greasy. Definitely doesn't taste homemade. Mac and cheese was just lying on top of the turkey. Not stuffed. I also ordered turkey and gravy. The best part was the plain rice. Absolutely no flavor!!!! Everything tasted old. So if you want bad service and bad food, this is the place to go. Highly dissatisfied!! Waste of money.

Went to Rock Out the Quarry. I wish that I hadn't tried the soul rolls it was the most disappointing entree that I've tasted here lately. This is nothing like soul rolls that I've had in the past. There was no meat, no yams, and you can tell that the mac and cheesr was processed not from scratch. Gave the last roll to my daughter and she stated that it tasted interesting with a bad after tasted. Please don't call these Soul Rolls with just two ingredients. Totally not worth $8 a roll. It's my fault for not going to read the menu myself.

Food Truck Night Memorial Day in North Carolina … great customer service …. Atmosphere absolutely amazing … the food unfortunately was not as good as i expected. I ordered the jerk bowl w/ Mac and cheese and bbq beans and everything tasted sweet and the Mac didn’t taste like anything. Maybe it was just a long day but i was disappointed ☹️

They were one of the food trucks at an event. Delicious smoked turkey leg stuffed with mac & cheese. My sister ordered it and literally we passed it around biting it. I got the eggrolls and they were delicious. My everyone really love them. They had the longest line and it was definitely worth the wait. I’m definitely gonna have to check them out in Greensboro and try some of the other stuff.

It's a take-out spot. What atmosphere? I traveled to Greensboro to visit my son and stopped by Hickory Tree. I picked up 2 turkey sandwich dinners( one for me and one to share), greens,yams,fries, baked beans, and a medium crack and cheese. Everything was delicious. I plan to stop by again on a future visit.
