Got here 1 hour be4 our appointment time. Check on at guard shack, set temp on reefer, tandems back and inspect inside trailer. Give you a map and tell you which spot to park your mt trailer. Maneuvering in the in the drop yard is tight with tandems to the rear in some places. Go to shipping office next to dock 77, under the overpass. Load wasn't ready, maybe 2 hour wait. Staff are nice and helpful and decent driver snack lounge with restroom. Park bobtail by the office while waiting for your load!

NO OVERNIGHT. NO SCALE. NO IDLING. NO (30 MIN) BREAKS. This is about the most unfriendly to human truck drivers we have seen if you look at all the signs and the "air tube" contactless check in installed even before Covid! We got the impression this DC would be happier with driverless trucks. However; when human contact is made from driver to staff, they are very friendly and extremely professional. A yard dog we talked to was just great and hilarious when we discussed some drivers who parked in unusual places, and he was also about as professional as we've seen a dog be. Now a major, major complaint is there is no scale and they double stacked our trailer at the 48' mark including stacking too high. After driving to the Pilot at exit 77 off the 81 ( about 12 miles) we ended up driving back 3000 pounds heavy. But on a good note they reworked us in about an hour. Oh on a last note, this facility opens doors from the inside, so no need to jump out and do that.

well-organized work👍 charged the veins for 30-40 minutes, respectful attitude. in six months of work, I have not met such well-organized companies. I think that the team was very lucky with the leader, who organized everything very subtly

Very rude and unprofessional. The only person that had common courtesy and came out and explained anything to me was the lady that worked the night shift. I was scheduled to pick up my load at 9:00 p.m. after it was changed from a 7:00 a.m. appointment and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait until about 9:30 the next morning to get my load. They only get one star because they do have overnight parking you are allowed to drop your trailer and park in front of the building where you have to check in to. There are signs that say no overnight parking but I asked and they said that we are allowed to park.

For live load, here is what you do. Check-in at guard gate. They will check your trailer and have you slide your tandems. They will then send you a little slip with your door assignment. Open doors, back into assigned door, and wait until the light turns red, then green again. Hours may pass. When you get the green light, go to the shipping office to get you, BOL. .

Load was ready and got in and out very fast. Very professional system in place. Only reason not 5 stars was the staff was not the greatest and some things they should have marked particularly on gates coming in and out they don’t. That’s a relatively small complaint though, the staff can be rude just as long as I’m in and out on time.

Picked up a load....bol said 25k....weigh slip says otherwise....39,457lbs....skids don't weigh that much!

Double stacked load....tore half of my chute off...ripped holes in it...
