Unfortunately there was unfavorable weather the day my family attended. A lady was given an umbrella by staff but no one in my family was offered one, which I found rude. We were told we could still see the animals but when we approached, we were turned away from the animal area saying it was “closed”. Very disappointed in the experience my family and children had here.

This is a great place to bring your kids to learn about how Heifer helps people all over the world. They will take you on a very educational tour of their farm where your can see and pet all kinds of different animals. You can easily spend several hours here learning about animals and different ways of living all over the world. Best thing about this is it's all FREE. They take donations in the form of purchasing an animal for another country, my daughter bought a goat for a foreign country for near nothing. The have a large gift shop with items made all over the world. Very much one of a kind interesting items. The gift shop caters to the least expensive items to moderately priced items. It is handicap accessible, as I'm in a wheelchair and can get around to almost everywhere without issue. For some good wholesome fun that's appropriate for everyone, you can't do better the Heifer. Did I mention it's FREE!

I really enjoyed the complexity of the global challenge and the different perspectives on life that it represents. It was truly an eye opener about living conditions in many of the world's underprivileged nations. I would recommend the program as a means of teaching privileged American children about the world's hardships.

Had an absolutely unforgettable, amazing and unique experience at this place. Love what they do and the way they teach things, it’s very inspiring. The staff was very friendly and everything they teach is really eye opening. 20/10

Mark Middleton, long-time Clinton aid and Epstien Middleman, was found dead on this ranch. He was discovered in May of 2022, hanging by a rope with a fatal gunshot wound to his chest. No weapon was ever found. The land is associated with the Gates Foundation.
