The first sip of any flavor is a cathartic experience for your taste buds and spirit. This family owned and operated business thrives to educate you on the wellness and support of health that is offered through the top quality ingredients in each can. I thoroughly enjoy following their social media to keep learning about the benefits and enter behind the scenes of their processes in the brew lab. I’m very grateful to have this kombucha offered at my favorite pizza place in town, they pair pretty perfectly. My personal favorite flavors are Blue Dream and Original Jasmine, be sure to check them out!

Loooove this stuff! I honestly wasn’t a big kombucha fan before I tried this brand! The big store bought brands always have an off-putting vinegar-y taste, but this stuff is SO smooth! I love their variety of flavors. Reishi rose (pink label) and spirulina hops (blue label) are my favorite standard flavors, but their seasonal flavors are amazing too! The fall root beer flavor was incredible! I would much rather drink that than a regular root beer. I love the golden spice for winter, and the newest juniper pomegranate is so fun! I love that their flavors aren’t overly fruity and they use lots of botanical flavors. They also offer free samples at the Iowa City farmer’s market, which is what originally got me hooked. I highly recommend you give them a try, even if you don’t like kombucha!

Love, love, love the Kombucha! My personal favorite was the Original with Cherry Ginger following (I haven’t had the opportunity to try Blue Dream - it sounds great and I love the color). I found all of them refreshing. I am really looking forward to the new brew - Picard’s Escape (any Next Generation Star Trek fans out there?).

Loving this kombucha. The effervescent is subtle so it doesn’t punch your taste buds with fizz like other kombuchas I’ve tried. Fast delivery and kid approved (by my 2.5 year old). I love that it’s a small family brew(their daughter even had the idea to try cherry ginger) so I know my money is going to a family rather than a big corporation. Butterfly pea flower was our favorite!

Loveeee this company, Kyle and Lindsey are the sweetest people with the most genuine, and qualitative product. I love getting growler fills of Blue Dream and being greeted with such kindness. The knowledge these two (the founders) are able to provide on their products is amazing!

This kombucha has just the right balance of fizz and flavor. Before trying Hedgeapple I had given up kombucha because it had too much carbonation and often too much sweet. Hedgeapple let’s their wonderful subtle flavors come through. I love them.
